The color that the haiku-style verses bring to nature is exceptional in this Soviet short film, unfortunately preserved in Betamax or VHS format. From the first frame, using the rhetorical trope of personification, it fills the viewer with vivid feelings why the snow becomes objectified and is as if it swallows whatever it is with white: "And fields, and mountains, the snow silently stole everything. Immediately it became empty."
